Indian Food in Dallas? As Chef Afifa Nayeb, the Kabul native, followed her passion for food, she enrolled in culinary school to pursue her dream of owning a restaurant and leaving her “corporate” job. But, with her entrepreneurial spirit, she found a food gap in the Dallas market and wanted to introduce Indian cuisine to the growing locals at the Dallas Farmer’s Market neighborhood.

After the first meeting, a friendship was born as we captured the chef’s vision and introduced her deliecious food to the neighbours of Dallas Farmer’s Market.
