With a few notes on hand, Sketch Chicago approached JH to find clarity on their Asian Afro concept in the West Loop of Chicago. Together, they developed an effective business plan, including identifying their target market, menu, guest mapping, service style, branding, design, financial goals, ghost kitchen vs. brick & mortar, pre-opening costs, and funding needed to open.
